Hi looking for some technical help I'm trying to get this to work with my 4G LTE dongle

I have a BiPAC 6300NX running firmware 1.02b.rc5.dy28 and a ZTE MF823 dongle which according to this list is compatible:

When i plug the dongle in the log shows this: Can anybody help???

Can anybody help???

We will have to setup a remote debug session with our engineers to see if they can get this dongle working. (we will need a PC with team viewer running, a wired connection to the router, and a wireless connection connected to a active internet connection)
