BiPAC 2074 wont sync

Hi There,
I've had 3 BiPACs 2074s working well for a couple of years now.
I had a problem with a router and whilst diagnosing I reset my BiPAC and now I can't get any of them to sync with each other.
I've tried resetting them and nothing seems to work.
Whilst trying to do a sync reset (10secs) the PLC light seems to come on and then after 10 seconds is goes off.
One thing I have noticed is that according to the manual if you press Sync for 1-3 seconds the Power LED should flash - this does not happen on any of them.
I've also upgraded the firmware (v4.0.4.0-11-00) on all 3 of them and but still nothing works.
Once thing I have noticed is the DET 1.0 light flashes on one of the BiPACs but I have no other devices.
All 3 are plugged into wall sockets (2 downstairs and 1 upstairs).
Can anyone help?
