Codel buffer bloat management

Are there any plans to add the Codel buffer bloat management algorithm to any of the VDSL routers?
I've got a 7800N connected to at BT Openreach HG612 and while this generally works well it does suffer from buffer bloat.
The Codel algorithm is very good at stopping buffer bloat and it's a feature I'm looking for in my next router.
