I'm guessing I'll have to put this down to bad luck, and try something else. Many thanks for your assistance.

Many websites are not able to be filtered because they are using QUIC protocol. It is not a standard SSL protocol it is not filtered by MITM. You can disable the QUIC protocol easily by following these simple steps.

1. Open Google Chrome
2. Type chrome://flags
3. Now search for Experimental QUIC protocol and disable it.
