l2tp cannot connect,No secret key for authenticating 'vzb_l2

Good day.
I have bought Billion 7800x router and need to setup l2tp.
I followed instruction at https://support.afrihost.com/?/Knowledg ... s-for-adsl but router does not want to connect.

Pppoe does connect and u have internet.
