Yes you can restore your config, not sure what the issue is as nothing has changed on the router or PC's other then the win10 update.
Very strange
I assume you can't manually access the laptop in question via IP address eg \\192.168.1.110 as shown on the attached screen shot??

As far as I can see the router conf has not changed, but I have the backup conf file in case.
Missed your last bit - no, no joy there.
Network now shows my TV having switched it on to check multicast working!

I noticed a brief appearance today of a working network on the desktop - needless to say it didn't last. Had to reboot for something else and.........
