Anyone diagnose this please? It's a WiFi extender that keeps losing the signal.

Can you confirm the model and firmware version?? also when the issue occurs, are all other devices connected to the 2.4ghz on the Billion working fine?

It's the Bipac 8900AX-2400, firmware 2.52.d27.

It happens randomly, and yes, all other devices connected stay connected and working.

How strange, have you tried the latest firmware??

1. Make a backup of your current config from d27
2. Upgrade to d48 with factory default settings option selected
3. Manually reconfigure the device
4. Check to see if the same issue occurs.

I'll give it a try. Might be a day or three before it happens again but I'll report back if it does. Thanks for the replies.
