8900AX2400 and Huawei E3372 dongle

Hi all,

I'm trying to set up a failover with my 8900AX2400 and Huawei E3372 dongle.

The router is running 2.52.d42 but while the dongle appears to be lit/working the router is showing '3G/4G/LTE Card not found' under the 3G/4G status page.

Any clues? It's on the supported list.. but I just need it to work so if I need to get another dongle, so be it, but it seems a stab in the dark to know which one will actually work.

Ah, it seems I have in fact the E3372h version.. which isn't supported.

Yes, it seems that would be the HiLink (h) variant of the 3372. Depending on which generation it is, you might be able to flash it with regular (s) firmware. More info about the topic at the following links:
