A complaint and insufficient advertising & datasheet information

Just wanted to complain about your product 6300NX and lack of clear information in your advertising and data sheets. I've wasted postage and packaging costs on this product (delivery and soon to be return) because it claimed to be a NAS but doesn't support 3TB HDDs. I mean HDDs of this size aren't exactly rare nowadays. It took two attempts to find this out. Not good.

I don't think the official support is present here on forum. Contact from their website.
