Improve PPTP VPN security or remove

It has been reported that Moxie Marlinspike has release a tool CHAPCRACK which can be used to crack CHAP passwords used in PPTP including MSCHAPv2. See http://threatpost.com/en_us/blogs/new-t ... rds-073012. Can PPTP VPN code just be replaced by the more secure IPSec VPN, this would also allow interoperability with the majority of VPN products.
