These are business routers for us and the fall back is useless using the most popular dongle on the planet. Your engineers should be in a 'hurry" to address this issue. AU support are unresponsive. Pretty poor response considering my input on this. Appreciate it's not you.

Try emailing support@billion.com and letting them know the firmware you need, also how unresponsive AU support are, they will follow up and hopefully get things moving for your regional FW release.

As far as I'm concerned I've highlighted an issue, helped your engineers by testing several firmware's sending back extensive results and helped resolved the issue.
