Latest update from our engineers is the firmware for AU, will be delayed until the next official release
If you are in a hurry please contact AU support, and request a official release.

Re: 3G/4G/LTE dongle not connecting with latest firmware
These are business routers for us and the fall back is useless using the most popular dongle on the planet. Your engineers should be in a 'hurry" to address this issue. AU support are unresponsive. Pretty poor response considering my input on this. Appreciate it's not you.billion_fan wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 11:03 ambillion_fan wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 9:38 amI'll check with our engineers, but please note I don't have any control over firmware's for different regions

Try emailing support@billion.com and letting them know the firmware you need, also how unresponsive AU support are, they will follow up and hopefully get things moving for your regional FW release.SPAU00 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 11:35 amThese are business routers for us and the fall back is useless using the most popular dongle on the planet. Re: 3G/4G/LTE dongle not connecting with latest firmware
I shouldn't have to contact anyone. As far as I'm concerned I've highlighted an issue, helped your engineers by testing several firmware's sending back extensive results and helped resolved the issue. Now you're telling me to contact someone else. One would think support@billion.com would be in contact offering the fixed firmware.billion_fan wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 12:08 pmTry emailing support@billion.com and letting them know the firmware you need, also how unresponsive AU support are, they will follow up and hopefully get things moving for your regional FW release.SPAU00 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 11:35 amThese are business routers for us and the fall back is useless using the most popular dongle on the planet. Attached is a link to both firmware (this is for Australia users only, this is not UK firmware)SPAU00 wrote: ↑Mon Nov 01, 2021 12:34 pmI shouldn't have to contact anyone.
