Wired connection issue

Hi,

I have a BiPAC 7800DXL connected to the Internet (TalkTalk).
And I have the following set up:

Router port 1 -> RJ45 cable -> RJ45 plug -> cat 5e cable -> RJ45 plug -> cable -> switch 8 ports -> multiple devices

Part of my multiple devices are a PS4 and a Sony TV. When I try to set the network (wired) on both of them, it fails.

When I set up other devices (Apple TV), it works ...

What could the problem be?

Managed to get it working. No idea how ...

I've tried to disabled IGMP Snooping Mode, but it seems to come back to 'enable' ...
