You need a free network analyser such as one of the two below. They will find your culprit pretty quickly once you have set them up.
Billion have already been asked to add IP address bandwidth tracking as a future enhancement.

Does your phone have any auto backup services running.
My son has a Motorola phone that was automatically backing up all is data to the cloud whenever he came home and it picked up the Wifi signal.
Killed the internet while it was uploaded 100's of photos.
Our upload speed is only 384kb and I would guess by your download speed, your upload speed would be similar.
I disabled his auto backup and don't have anymore problems.
