I have tried everything I can think of. until this evening my old Billion router was working well with both of our voip numbers. I installed the new 7404VNOX and I can only get port 1 to work. I have checked various forums etc, have changed my password, rebooted, swapped RJ11 cables...... It will not recognise port 2 no matter what I do.
Can anyone help me please? I am going to be away for a couple of days now and I must have this working for my family before I go.
Please kindly respond soon if you are able to assist me

Thanks, no need now. The next morning it started working. I changed nothing from teh night before! Strange
