Not sure, with UK firmware the default IP was 192.168.1.253, I assume you tried extracting the contents of the zip file to get the .afw (which is the firmware file)

I would try again and leave it for 10 minutes after the file is uploaded.

But I must admit I never seen a recovery page on the 2073N (the AV 200 series has been discontinued more then 6 years ago, so can't confirm now)
Do you have any save of the configuration of the device? Sorry for the insistence is that I would like to solve this problem. greetings and thanks
Actually I just found one, attached is the config file I pulled from it
