8800NL No line stats at all

Post by ReDGryffyN »

Hi All,

I have the above router running on FTTP via the EWAN port 4

My question is why do I not get any line rate information?

Line Rate - Upstream (Kbps) 0
Line Rate - Downstream (Kbps) 0

I am using the latest software

Thanks in advance

As you are not using the DSL port on the router it can't give you the stats, (you are using the EWAN port)

Hi

Thanks for the reply, is there anyway of establishing my speed through any router or do I have to rely on running the speedtesters?

Is it possible to switch to using the DSL port and have the router work as a one box solution? I think your router does support that. I have it working on the 8900ax-2400 (although with Sky fibre). If you read through the posts here in may help you or give you some ideas:
