Accessing SNR feature-BiPAC 7800VDOX modem

I'm trying to adjust the SNR on my BiPAC 7800VDOX modem....when I enter 192.168.1.254/snr.cgi I keep getting the following message
"Invalid Session Key, please try again"
I've noticed this is a common Billion issue on-line....but I can't find a solution!
How do I access this hidden feature if i can't resolve this problem?

Make sure no other computer/device is logged into the router or have open tabs that have logged into the router,

Normally I see this error if another device is currently logged into the router eg a different computer, multiple tabs open etc

Also if you are running a program like routers stats, make sure that is turned off

You should be able to access the SNR page once logged into the router under Configuration >> WAN >> SNR (its not a hidden feature any more on the newer 7800 series)
