I have CCTV running at home and want to log into my home router remotely using the internet from my office PC to check on things.

Try following the attached screen shot, also make sure you have a secure admin password set (max 15 characters)

This is only for accessing the router remotely

It will work don't worry (I'm using the feature on 2 of my billion's)
