Need help
Hi, I recently bought a bioactive 7800exp and the configuration didn't come up as it should have. I've tried to connect to the router via the default up, but it just says "cannot connect to the internet". I've also tried to reset the router but that hasn't worked.
please help

Can you confirm the model number?? never heard of a bioactive 7800exp (the model number should be either Bipac 7800, Bipac 7800N, Bipac 7800DXL or Bipac 7800VDOX)Elaphe wrote:Hi, I recently bought a bioactive 7800exp and the configuration didn't come up as it should have. What IP address does your computer get from the router?
Can you ping the router?
What lights are on, on the front of the device?

You can do a a 'ipconfig' in CMD and check your IPv4 address.
