Plusnet. Optimum settings for 7800N with ADSL?

Just contracted to PlusNet ADSL. Anyone suggest the optimum settings for 7800N with h firmware
to get the best out of it?

What is you SNR downstream value at the moment, found under 'advanced >> status >> adsl status'
