I have been experiencing ongoing issues with the printer server, however I have always bee able to resolve these by a re-boot of the router.
I recently upgraded to firmware version 2.32c in a hope that the printer server problems would be fixed, however I find now that I am never able to get the printer to work ie when I connect the printer to the USB port on the modem it causes my network to hang, if I remove the printer cable then the network recovers (the 'hang' is the same as reported previously). When powering up the router with the printer connected and powered the network never comes up correctly, I'm not even able to connect to the 192.168.1.254 to view the system log.
I notice that in the router system log file that the printer is detected:
Dec 23 11:08:32 daemon info kernel: usblp0: USB Bidirectional printer dev 2 if 0 alt 0 proto 2 vid 0x03F0 pid 0x3617
Although a little later in the log it looks as though it is incorrectly assigned to a GSM modem:
Dec 23 11:08:33 daemon info kernel: usb 1-1: GSM modem (1-port) converter now attached to ttyUSB0
Soon after this the network goes down. I have attempted to disable the GSM modem but with no success
Hoping you're able to help out. BTW I haven't been able to attach the log file to this post but happy to send directly if required
Thanks

We will need a full copy of your system log so our engineers can investigate, the issue seem to the be the same with the HP printer range which was resolved.
