NEW DXL DOA?

Just took delivery of new dxl and can't get into mgt screen. Power LED starts green but goes red, Ethernet ports all flash then go out except one I am connected to and DSL light does not lite at all. Not getting any packets from router. Am I missing something or is it a DOA?

Sounds like it is DOA to me. If the power light goes red then it has failed to boot up and therefore nothing else will work including logging in or finding an Internet connection.

Have you tried pressing the reset button on the back? Hold it for over 5 seconds and see what happens. If the power LED is still red get a replacement.

Don't let this experience put you off, this is a great router and worth the effort!
