2.5g wi fi

My iphones & wifi enabled blueray player wont connect to 2.5g wifi network. They scan & find the SSID but once I have entered the correct password they say they are unable to connect. They can connect to the 5g wifi network but I would like them to be able to connect to the 2.5 as well. Any ideas on how to get the 2.5g wifi network to work as it should.

Try changing the password, or try and enable a guest wifi network for a quick test to see if your devices connect to this network

It could be a clash of channels. Try choosing another channel, or use Insidder to see which ones are the least busy.
