QoS setup for gaming while another pc is always downloading

Hello all, this is my first post and I need some assistance please.

I enjoy online gaming on my pc and all works fine until my brother turn on his machine and starts downloading, usually uTorrents. He will dl at least 3 at the same time and will not budge on this, which means his uploads are killing my game play. I would like to be able to set up a QoS rule so as to not hinder the bandwidth for his downloads too much, but also for his uploads and downloads to not stop me from playing at the same time. Also while he is downloading he is also watching streamed videos or have 1-2 youtube video going at once, 1 would be paused but is still buffering.

I live in Australia so we are at a disadvantage as it is. I have already sec up a MAC address to assign my pc with a static ip.
Any help would be appreciated thank you.

Thank you again for your suggestion, however it does not seem to help. Whenever my brother downloads the uploads just kill my ability to game, quite frustration actually. Thx again for your help tho.

What firmware are you on?? Are you using ADSL or EWAN connection?

Are you using PPPOA or PPPOE with your ADSL line??

Try setting up another rule for your brothers IP address/es with the LAN to WAN rule set as limited with a ratio set

I tried that but all it did was stop his download altogether with a 10% limit, then I tried it with 80% limit and not much of a change
