Access anywhere server 2012 and 7800 dxl

I can't get the remote web access to work with my 7800 dxl , the access anywhere wizard says that the routers UPnP isn't enabled but it is and I have set ports 80 and 443 to forward so I'm at a loss to know to solve this any advice would be very much appreciated

When you say you set up the ports, did you do this in the virtual server section of the DXL's settings? Likewise, have you enabled remote access and ensured that UPnP is checked.

Yes I set the ports up in the virtual server , remote access is enabled and UPnP IS enabled

Can you post a screen capture of yoru 'Virtual Server' settings, also please let me know if you are using a ADSL connection or a Ethernet (EWAN) connection for your WAN
