Here is the reply I sent on the 25 July via our support ticket system, please reply via our esupprot support system with your wireshark capture
"Our engineers have asked if you can capture packets in-between the 7800DXL and D-Link router. (using Wireshark when the system log is flooded with DHCP requests)
They have also asked 'Please try to check the lease time (under Status >> DHCP) to see if it has changed or not ? when the router sends a ACK to DHCP client, the DHCP table lease time will also change"
