Hi,
I currently have a 7800n set up on sky fibre, but recently I have had wireless issues and slowing down over ethernet so I think its time to replace.
I can get the 8800NL from Dabs for a very reasonable £66.43.
My questios sre:-
Why is the 8800NL much cheper than the 7800n?
Are ther any major differences that would effect performance?
Is the 8800NL easy to set up on Sky?
Will i still need my BT Open modem or can I use the 8800NL stand alone?
Looking forward to some replies.
Thanks in advance.
Dave

Wireless coverage/LAN may vary as the 8800NL only has one gigalan port and internal antennas (depending if you need 4 gigalan ports)
The 8800NL quick start UK guide covers Sky setup methods,
8800NL can be used a stand alone device, connected to your VDSL line
