Doing my head in. Trying to find the address for customer services so I can send back this router in pieces....
At the moment I have my CCTV in the DMZ zone. I'll probably stick an old router into this zone and do the port forwarding from that. Defeats the purpose. Just strange how it started happening without any firmware upgrades.

Our engineers are requesting a direct debug with MMILLAR or JackPGreen once the issue occurred.
If either of you can help out, please PM me and I can provide you with the steps needs for our engineers to investigate,

Hi,
I'm happy to help - but right now the issue is not occurring - it happened yesterday but I've restarted and now it's gone away... for a while.
What do I need to do?

Hi,

What do I need to do?
Once the issue has occurred our engineers are requesting team viewer access, to a PC on your LAN, so they debug the issue, they also need to know which port forwarding rules are not working (with team viewer we will need overnight access as our engineers are based in Taiwan, we will also need your team viewer ID and password, which you can PM to me (don't post it in the public forum)

Ok - I will get an environment set up and then let you know when the issue has recurred?

I'm happy to assist. I have TeamViewer 10 installed. I have CCTV in the DMZ zone just now and that's working with that.
Let me know if you wish access

I've setup an environment for remote support - I'll get in touch once the issue re occurs.
If I need to install anything first or do any setup please let me know so i can get that done in advance.
PS Please can I have an 8900AX to make up for it.

All you need is team viewer installed and sent me a PM with your ID and password, once the issue has occurred
Unfortunately we can't offer you a 8900AX, we are just trying to resolve your issue
