Hi Julian,
Just noticed from one of your posts that you have PhyR enabled, I've found that I get more disconnects with this enabled than when not.
How does your stability compare to with/without.

Hi Tom, I'll try again without to see if it makes a difference. I'm trying to keep the number of restarts down at the moment as I don't want to drop back to <2M! Currently holding steady at just under 2.5

Do you find there is a best time of day to restart where you are - I seem to get better speeds on restart between 7.15am - 8.15am but it can depend on local issues.
Once I get what seems the highest I'm likely to get, I just hang on to that

Hi Julian,
With TalkTalk it's possible to request the DLM to be switched off if it is causing problems - don't know if Plusnet wiil do this but it's always worth asking and may help to resolve your speed issues, together with just setting to G.dmt
