What does ping the router once connected to the wireless connection mean ?
I haven't set up anything else on the router - it is only used to access internet wirlessly on phones / tablets.
How do i send you a back up of the config file ?

2. Once connected to the router if you have a windows machine open command prompt and type in 'ipconfig'and press enter and let us know your IP address
3. Make a backup of the config file by click on 'Configuration >> System >> Backup/Update >> Back Up Settings' save the file to location on your computer and submit a ticket on the link I sent
4. If you login to the router and click on 'Status >> DHCP' are you able to see your wireless devices listed here
