I have similar problems.
I don't use DHCP at all. Wireless clients (laptops, phones) can ping/RDP etc to wired clients as well as other wireless clients but wired clients won't/can't even ping wireless ones.
Client isolation etc is off. Run out of ideas... help appreciated.

Do the issue occur over time? If so how long??
Is the issue resolved with a reboot of the router like john_billion??

Hi, thanks for the quick reply.
No mine happens from reboot.
I am lucky to have two routers - the other is a ASUS RT-N66U. I use the 7800 for DSL (fixed IP ADSL, I run services at home) and the N66 for fibre-attached BT Infinity.
Running out of ideas, I did this:
---
1. Disabled wireless on 7800. Enabled wireless on N66. Same SSID, same protocols, same PSK.
2. Moved the two wired network uplinks from 7800 to N66 (one is from wired network downstairs, one is from Homeplug wired network upstairs).
RESULT: Now, in this case, my two servers can ping my phone (wireless) and laptop (wireless) . My laptop can also connect to SMB and RDP with no issue.
Next:
1. Disabled wireless on N66. Enabled wireless on 7800. Same SSID, same protocols, same PSK.
2. Moved the two wired network uplinks from N66 to 7800.
RESULT: Two servers can no longer ping my phone (wireless) and laptop (wireless). My laptop can connect SMB but it is *DREADFULLY SLOW* and RDP makes initial connection but remains on black screen.
---
When did this start happening? Last night when I wanted to RDP from my server to my laptops round the house. Never done this before (recently installed).
This appears to work with the N66 so I have a "solution", but I want the QoS controls of the 7800.
Any help is much appreciated.

Ok , I am going to need a backup of your config file, with the admin password set to admin so I can investigate.
Post your config file here

Same occurred today again: wlan can't connect to lan.
Cant connect to IP cams via wlan, can connect via internet ddns.
Can connect to Bipac GUI from wlan
Can't smb to qnap server, cant ssh to same, cant ping same from wlan.
Can see qnap and ip cam in a Fing scan but when Fing scans for services, none are shown.
Can connect to qnap GUI from wlan.
Have sent Bipac back for refund as for that price i shouldn't have to troubleshoot such an issue.

Can you please submit a support ticket on esupport?
