NAS CIFS share problems

In my case my client PCs are connecting via a guest/virtual SSID rather than the main SSID.

It's this combination of a virtual SSID accessing a wired system that is causing the error messages and issues.

Just a update, our engineers have informed me they have replicated the issue and forwarded the SOP and logs over to Broadcom for investigation, I'll keep you posted once I have a update :D

Thanks for the update. Hopefully it's something that can be fixed easily.

Its just a matter of waiting for Broadcom now, its out of our hands until they update our engineers :D

I updated my 7800VDPX to firmware 2.32e to see if there has been any fix for the errors I see when I have a Guest Wifi device trying to connect to a share on a Wired device.

I still hit errors in the log such as:
Error : chain idx 0 is not in use or invalid handle 0x0

I wonder if this is somehow related to the Known Issues highlighted in the release notes of:
1. USB Storage/ DLNA/Printer server functions do not serve wireless clients associated with guest SSID.

Yes this is related, hence the 'Known Issue' within the release notes we are aware of the issue, but we haven't been able to fix it yet
