If it's DHCP, all you need to do is to open up a command shell and type IPCONFIG /RENEW to renew the DHCP leases.
If you've set it up as static, you need to set up an IP in the new range with a suitable netmask
e.g.
IP 192.168.1.10
mask 255.255.255.0
default gateway 192.168.1.254
