Thanks billion_fan, my system is, however Mac based, and there are quite a few different logs available, I wonder if you, or anyone knows which logs, apart from the system log I would need to copy.
The system log from the router is all support will need.
Make sure the wireless is enabled and not working when you grab the system log so support can investigate the logs. Once done disable the wireless function on the router so you are back to a working state. (wired only for now)

HI Barrynk
There is no need to grab logs from your MAC, only the logs from the routers system log is enough, once you have the logs submit a ticket our esupport and we will take it from there.

can someone please verify there is a difference of 3ms when using the billion 7800n with echolife instead of the bthomehub3 with echolife???
and why is this as the echo life connects to the billion via lan?
3ms may seem small but makes a difference in online games!

thanks it worked perfect.
same as home hub 3
75Mb download
15Mb upload
home hub 3 ping is 14ms
billion 7800n ping is 17ms
q) the echolife seem like it just takes the adsl connection then normal ethernet cable out, why cant we just plug the adsl in the billion and let it handle to fibre connection?
thanks
