Billion BiPAC 8800AXL - plusnet configeration

Bit of an odd one - on 2 occasions now I have been unable to log into the router by using http://192.168.1.254/ and the only resolution was to restart the modem.

Obviously I don't want to have to keep doing this.

Any ideas?

Not sure I haven't seen this issue before, I assume you have tried to access the device using a wired connection when the issue occurs?

I created a support ticket and although your colleagues were unable to resolve, I am monitoring the situation and will update in a few weeks - touch wood all is good though.
