With this firmware its advised to reset back to factory default settings to ensure all changes within this firmware are implemented correctly.

It also advised to manually reconfigure the device again from scratch.
Did this today, and it's a little better as in the Dell Inspiron 1545 didn't work at first, but then picked up the LAN for about 5 minutes before losing it again and only seeing PC's on the Wireless. Connected the Dell M6700 and it seems ok but will keep an eye on it. The upload speed bug is still present in this firmware, can just scrape 17MB/s whereas with firmware 2.32d.dh65 18MB/s was achieved easily.

Going to load this f/w on my AXL at the weekend. Are we sure it actually works? Anyone else confirm?

Hi tman24; yes, it does work. I would take Billion fan's advice, and do a factory reset. I didn't, and had to re-apply some settings to make it work. Having done that, it's now been fine for several days.

This fix will be incorporated into the official release (when our engineers release a official new firmware that is)

I don't have the release notes so I can't tell you what else has changed :(

I've now uploaded the new f/w to my 8800axl, and my initial impressions are, yes, it does seem to fix the problem, which is great. I'll need to run it for a few days just to make sure, but so far so good. Another side effect of this 'fix' is that overall wifi performance seems faster and more consistent. I was getting regular lag, even over 5G about 2 feet from the router. Very obvious in the Play Store app.

Happy to report this firmware (2.32e.dh4) seems to have fixed the issue with wireless clients not being able to browse the wired LAN connected to the 8800AXL. Both my Dell laptops connect fine now. Thanks the Billion team for fixing this :)

NL attached (even though the AXL was the only one effected)
my 8800NL(2.32d.dh14) has the same/similar issue. wireless devices dont see or will connect to my wired devices, other than the router.

no settings on the router had been changed, a reboot cleared the issue, though i remember it happening a few weeks back
