I've just bought a 8800axl, could someone please tell me if the 8800axl firmware 2.32e has the same reduced upload speed as the 8800nl 2.32e. Thanks

Yes it has as billion_fan had mentioned it in the past. You roughly lose about 1Mbit on the upstream.
