WEB GUI no access

Post by daveesh1 »

Got a 8800AXL R2 using it in modem/router mode works fine. Set it up in ethernet mode and connect it to a 8800AXL origional as the modem with wireless turned off, and after a couple of hours on the 8800axl R2 Wireless won't let you connect can't access Webgui and telnet locks up as well but hardwire devices still have Internet access and I can ping the router and the modem. Re-boot the router and all works for another couple of hours. Using the same configuration as when I had it setup as modem/router mode which was OK. Have also defaulted it and setup from scratch still the same any ideas.

Will you be able to setup a syslog server to capture the logs before the lockup occurs?? (we will need a copy of the system log to find out what is going just before the lockup)

Attached is a guide on how to setup a syslog server on a windows PC.

Once you have logs, please submit a ticket here http://www.billion.uk.com/esupport/inde ... ets/Submit

Ticket received and logs sent to our engineers, I'll drop a update on the ticket once I get more feedback
