I've just noticed "release" / "renew" option in the WAN setting page, could someone explain what these option do please also, my current DNS is set to google 8.8.8.8 - 8.8.4.4 but on the WAN page they are displayed as 79.79.79.79 - 79.79.79.80 why would this be? Thanks

Release will release the WAN IP address (will not drop the DSL sync)
Renew will renew the WAN IP address (will not drop the DSL sync)
DNS servers that are shown, is what the ISP offer, if you have set your router to use 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 this will over ride the ISP DNS servers
