Log output ignores settings

I have set my logging level to 'error' in order to stop my logging server from being swamped with 'RA' messages. However, the local log obeys this setting, and produces little output, but my remote logging server is still getting all logs, regardless of their status.

Just got a reply from engineers, they have stated the following
The filtering option is only for the routers Web GUI system log.
For External syslog server , All of below type will be print out into syslog server :
daemon.notice
daemon.warning
daemon.info
daemon.critical
