8900AX2400 help needed setting up GSM failover

I have been trying to setup my router to failover to a USB GSM modem. I am using a HUEAWEI E5573s-320 plugged into the usb port and my main service is fibre broadband.

The modem shows up as connected but the traffic is not automatically redirected when I disconnect my fttc.

Any help would be appreciated.

Try following the attached screen shot, to enable failover
