Port opening and unblocking a web-link

Can anyone let me know how to unblock a port that is stopping me downloading files from a web-site.

Try using the Virtual server section under NAT (Configuration >> NAT >> Virtual Server)

Found this option, thanks. have put in IP address and the post that needs unblocking but I still can't download.

What application are you using, what are you trying to download??

Currently using uTorrent 3.3 to download music. Tried turning of my firewall and McAfee software to see if this is causing the problem but no differance.

Try to DMZ your PC, for a quick test, if it works then you need to open more ports or double check the ports your application (uTorrent) is using

Maybe post a screen capture of your virtual server rules for the port(s) in question.

I had similar issues. After hours of head-scratching I re-configured my PC to connect to the 7800DXL in the 2.4 GHz wireless band and it all came good.
So, if you are using wireless connectivity at 5 GHz this may be your problem too.

Everything looks fine, as long as your torrent programs are using the ports you entered into the Virtual Server section.
DMZ should open all ports so it is strange that this hasn't helped??
Are you on the latest firmware 2.32b??
