If you set an Exception Rule Group as allow, and add it to a virtual server port forward, it blocks the rule group.

If you put an Exception Rule Group as block, and add it to a virtual server port forward, it allows the rule group...

Seems the exception rule group buttons are incorrectly labelled

The way it works is when set to block, it blocks all IP's and allows the IP address you added which will show as "Allow" below.

When set to allow, it will allow all IP's and blocks the IP addresses entered.
