How do i setup QOS for my PS3 please help (DX)

hello i need a guide to setup qos for my ps3 . i tried the qos classification setup and set my upstream and downstream but im still getting the same upstream speed. i am trying to reduce my upstream speed so please someone help

Try following the attached screen shot, this should put the PS3 upload Priority as low
