First post, hello all

I have a BiPAC 8900AX-2400 acting as my main VDSL modem router and am generally pleased with it. I do have a few issues, which are quite possibly down to my lack of understanding how to configure it, but before mentioning them I'd like to ask what's going on with my firmware version...

The screenshot below, I believe, is telling me that I'm on firmware version 2.52.d40...is that correct?


Searching for that version string on this forum yields nothing and it's not clear to me where to go to see and download the latest version(s) of firmware anyway. I have found this page - https://support.billion.uk.com/index.ph ... 900ax-2400 - but the posts are not ordered by version number, there are no dates next to the posts and 2.52.d40 is not listed.

What is the version of firmware that I should be on please?

Best doing a factory reset when installing then once done reconfig your settings just to make sure.

Out of interest is there a page somewhere that details all of the available firmware versions, including this one? And how about release notes?

Release notes for 2.52.d41

1. “Fixed incorrect DHCP Leased Table mark issue"

2. "Fixed NAT loopback issue"

3. “Fixed Status >> 3G/4G/LTE Status issue”.

4. “Fixed Configuration >> LAN >> ETH port control can’t adjust issue”.
