Feature request - Modify the time restrictions function to accept a range of IP addresses rather than MAC addresses.

I have access blocked from 20:00 until 07:00 on my children's devices. This takes two rules per device (19:00-23:59 and 00:00-07:00) so a there's a lot of rules now (Tablets, laptops, iPods and phones etc). All the devices are assigned addresses within a small range so defining the restriction by range would mean I only need two rules:)
