Guests can access my files!!??

I have set up a guest logon and enabled client isolation on my 7800DX(L). However now anyone can log on to my wifi on the guest SSID (no password) and see my Windows 7 computers and Linux Music Server (Vortexbox) files. How do I set it up so they cannot see my computers nor other guests but can just get internet access?

1. Click on Interface Grouping
2. Click on 'Add'
3. Enter a 'Group Name' e.g. `guest'
4. Under 'Available LAN Interfaces' select your `guest' network' and click on the arrow pointing left, so the `guest' wifi network should now be added to 'Grouped LAN Interfaces'
5. Click on 'Apply'
6. Under 'Group Isolation' tick the box and click on 'Apply'
7. Click on 'LAN >> Ethernet'
8. Under 'Group Name' select your `guest' wifi group
9. Tick 'LAN Side Firewall' and click on 'Apply'

Hi
Are we saying that the tick box under Wi-Fi settings called 'Clients Isolation' does nothing? I was under the impression this was all I had to tick for Client Isolation for the Guest Wi-Fi, I'm sure many are in the same boat and will have no idea of all those other steps.
Regards
Phil

Client isolation found under 'Wireless 2.4ghz/5ghz' will only isolate wireless clients from each other, the best way to setup full isolation (eg from LAN connections) is the steps I provided

oops sorry not so good - guest login on the 3100 repeater can still see all my computers. I have enabled the secure and guest networks on the 3100N. But the isolation steps that you have described worked fine on the router but the 3100N does not have the same menus?
How do I stop the guest login on my 3100 seeing all my computers on the LAN?
Regards
Andrew

You need to attach the 3100SN to a guest SSID, that has been isolated using the steps above, or if using a wired ethernet connection, isolate that port (1-4) using the same method.

Thanks for your reply. This is not a good option because I use the 3100n as a wired extension to provide wireless access in a far room. I listen to music there on a Squeezebox Touch (wired to network) and control it with my smartphone (linked to wifi). So I need network access via the wifi. Any other suggestions?
Thanks again
Andrew

Can you add security to a Guest Wifi ?
Eg: can I set a pin / password for access ?
Ignore this - found it
