Hi all my first post so here goes.
I recently purchased the 8800nl to replace my BT supplied FTTC modem router combo.
Since changeover i am getting IPC6023 error on my youview box.
These settings were suggested but don't work.
On my 7800X I've got the following set:
Advanced>Multicast>IGMP: Membership Join Immediate ticked, Fast leave ticked and MLD: Fast Leave Ticked
Configuration>WAN>ppp 1.1 IGMP Multicast Proxy ticked
Configuration>WAN Add a new WAN Interface and set it to 'Bridge'
Your firmware may be slightly different of course but hope this points you in the right direction.
Any ideas would be welcome.

I assume you tried the same settings shown on the attached screen shots, make sure the bridged interface shows as PTM

Not sure haven't seen this before, try changing 'IGMP Snooping Mode' to 'Standard Mode' under 'Configuration >> LAN' and once the line drops and resyncs check to see if you still have IPTV service.

Hi folks
I have just purchased an 8800nl to replace my talktalk router and this has greatly improved my speed. However, I am experiencing the IPC6023 error on my youview box with no video being displayed on the streamed channels.
I am using ADSL and have changed the settings as shown in the screen shots above but with no resolve. I have a wired connection from the router to the youview box and have restarted the box after changing the settings.
I assume these settings are for fibre, can anyone tell me the bridge setup for ADSL?
Robert

I have a 8800NL on BT Infinity. I managed to set up router to work with the internet channels with little difficult. However, in the last couple of days, these channels have stopped working and I get an IPC6023 error.
Anyone know if this is a BT issue ? Can't understand why the channels would stop working with no change in configuration at my end.

You need to exchange the bridge interface from 'PTM' to 'ATM' as you are on ADSL and change the VPI = 0 VCI = 65 (this is only for talktalk ADSL users) as shown on the attached screen shot
Don't forget to change the IGMP Snooping mode to 'Standard Mode', and enable ' IGMP Multicast Proxy on your normal WAN profile, and finally follow the 'IGMP' screen I posted before

These settings work with no issues. I had actually set the router up in this manner but had not fully recycled the power on the youview box.
Thanks for your help.
Robert
