Are you using a EWAN connection or DSL connection? If you are using ADSL you don't need to enter a value in the 'EWAN Line Speed', this section is only for customers using the EWAN connection

There are no templates on the 7800DXL its more user defined

You can try setting up a couple of rules with high priority for the upstream and the ones with low priority can also be set via IP
