Outgoing IP Filtering issue

I have tried to setup ip filtering (outbound) for some testing I am doing with proxy application and have setup a client which needs absolute no way out via port 80 to make sure only the internal proxy is used.

Now I have tried to setup this with the available filters as per in the screenshot but nothing, I can browse direct being completely unaffected by this rule as you should see in the IP Filter Options.png file.

The only way I can actually block this is by blocking absolutely any type of traffic by changing the protocol traffic to ANY which would consequently block anything.
There is no way I can setup the outbound filter by using the avaiable options.

Any idea? Or anyone else could try please?

Curious. I just tried this - the client I filtered had destination port 80 blocked as expected.

Is the rule you showed the only rule in the outbound filtering setting, or are there any more rules in there ?

The reason for the question is that I was just thinking that another rule higher up the chain was taking precedence, but it's a moot point if that is the only rule in there ....

Sorry for the false alarm. I just realized I was doing a wrong test as the home page in my browser is https and did not bother keep testing with actual http pages.
Just slapped myself for this
